With significant issues such as the Census, immigration reform, and the state's economic recovery at stake, Latino voters will once again be a key demographic in the 2010 election cycle.
Latinos' goal for the Census is to make sure they get counted, stated the organizations at a recent press conference. They also noted the importance of passing legislation for immigration reform this year. And in terms of the state's economic recovery, Latinos are making sure that budget cuts don't disproportionately harm their communities.
