Well, the unthinkable ....

Tío Ronnie

Well, the unthinkable or I should say the unwantable has happened, The LA Lakers are back in the NBA finals going against the Boston Celtics. I say that because I am not a Lakers fan for several different reasons. One huge reason is #24, and yes, I am going to beat a dead horse and say it stems from his actions at a Colorado resort and an innocent young lady a few years ago. Yes, I understand that possibly the young lady had a questionable past and also she did not show good judgment when getting involved with #24. The two-time Super Bowl champion quarterback didn’t talk to reporters after practicing Tuesday for the first time since drawing a six-game suspension April 21 for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy.

The penalty resulted from a Georgia college student’s allegation that Roethlisberger sexually assaulted her in a nightclub, and though he does not face criminal charges in the case, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said the quarterback’s drinking and carousing failed to meet the league’s expectations for player behavior, -- wow drinking and carousing. Why not call it like it ...
