This is a milestone event in the history of the USHCC as it sets the stage for a new era of vigorous growth for Hispanic owners and leaders in America.

"Our Convention signifies the reinvigoration of our organization as the leading advocate for the Hispanic business community," said Javier Palomarez, USHCC President and CEO. "For over 30 years, the USHCC has had a history of making an impact in the Hispanic business community. Today, we are launching a number of new initiatives that will elevate our national and local leadership role in the American business landscape."

The organizations innovative programs support its primary constituents, including Hispanic business enterprises, local Hispanic Chambers of Commerce across America and corporate partners who support the growth of Hispanic business.

The Convention will bring together thousands of Hispanic entrepreneurs, corporate executives, procurement and supplier-diversity professionals from the private and public sectors, as well as Latina leaders, key officials from President Obamas Administration and Hispanic Chamber leaders from throughout the nation.

Highlights of the Convention include the Business Expo, bringing government, small business and corporate entities together for matchmaking opportunities; the Ultimate Latina Luncheon, honoring an exceptional Latina entrepreneur; and the Youth Entrepreneurship BizFest, an intensive program in which aspiring Hispanic entrepreneurs learn about profitable business ventures.

"We are expecting an unprecedented turn-out of business owners, corporate executives and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce representatives from across the country who are as engaged and committed as we are in furthering Hispanic enterprise in America," Palomarez added.
